Office for Students (OfS) Registration & Compliance
- Overseeing and ensuring continuous compliance with the regulatory requirements set forth by the Office for Students (OfS). This includes the accurate and timely submission of all mandated reports, data returns, and institutional documentation, ensuring alignment with the OfS’s evolving regulatory framework and sector standards.
- Managing the full lifecycle of OfS registration, including the meticulous review and update of institutional practices to ensure full adherence to the OfS’s conditions of registration. This involves remaining vigilant to any changes in higher education policy, regulatory updates, and aligning institutional processes accordingly to maintain compliance.
- Conducting regular internal audits and monitoring activities to identify potential compliance risks and areas requiring improvement. When necessary, implementing corrective actions and robust risk mitigation strategies to address any non-compliance, thereby safeguarding the institution’s registration status and its ability to operate within the regulatory parameters established by the OfS.
